1. One-off Services
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service has not yet been delivered.
Once a report, consultation, or activation is initiated or delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
2. Subscription / Annual Services
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the first charge.
Recurring annual fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
3. Custom / Enterprise Engagements
Due to the bespoke nature of enterprise-scale consulting, all payments are final once the engagement begins.
Exceptions may be considered if delivery has not yet commenced.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact support@example.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
For recurring services, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. See our Privacy Policy for data handling related to refunds.
